Once upon a time, a young girl named Alice found herself trapped in the Red Heart Mental Institution, run by the malevolent Red Queen. The asylum was filled with familiar faces from Alice’s adventures in Wonderland, but all of them were prisoners in the institution, just like Alice.
Despite the strange surroundings and the bizarre behavior of her fellow patients, such as The Mad Hatter, The Caterpillar, Mother Oyster, Tweedle with their multiple personalities, Dee and Dum, The White Rabbit, and three talking flowers who insulted anyone who wasn’t a plant, Alice tried to maintain a positive outlook. But deep down, she was desperate to escape the institution and return home.
However, the Red Queen was determined to keep all of the patients trapped in the asylum forever. Alice quickly learned that the Queen was a cruel and evil ruler, who would stop at nothing to maintain her control over the institution, even if it meant lobotomizing her prisoners.
Despite the Queen’s tyranny, Alice refused to give up hope. She formed a friendship with The White Rabbit and together they came up with a plan to escape the institution. But their attempts were thwarted by the Queen’s minions at every turn, and it seemed that there was no way out.
One day, the Red Queen called for a meeting of all patients. She announced that the asylum would participate in a talent show, with the prize being a special dinner prepared by the Queen herself. Alice and The White Rabbit saw this as their chance to escape and came up with a new plan.
During the talent show, Alice used her singing voice to create a distraction, while The White Rabbit snuck away to find the keys to the exit. However, the Red Queen was one step ahead and had anticipated their escape plan. In the chaos that followed, Alice was captured by the Queen’s minions, who prepared to lobotomize her.
